Pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 of 6 September 2005,the consumer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten working days from receipt of the goods by the consumer.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised by sending a communication within the stipulated term to the address Finclip s.r.l. via Malaga 4, 20143, Milan, Italy, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

The communication may also be sent within the same deadline by telegram, fax and/or e-mail, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the following 48 hours.

Withdrawal must be manifested within the aforementioned terms, specifying all data of the sale: name of the purchaser, reference to the order and/or invoice number. Together with sending the notice of withdrawal within the above terms, all goods must be returned undamaged and packed in their original packaging, including those sent as gifts.

Once the goods have been received and their integrity has been verified, Finclip s.r.l. will issue a credit note for the full amount paid by the Customer.

Within 30 days of receipt of the registered letter of withdrawal, the credit note shall be refunded by bank transfer if the Customer does not decide to purchase other items.
